Book Printing

We guarantee your satisfaction with your printed books. If you are not satisfied with your book and choose to cancel your job before production, we will refund your deposit.

In addition, if your finished book does not match your proofs within commercially accepted standards as determined by our team during an inspection, we will replace your product at no additional charge. Furthermore, all products we custom-manufacture or print are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in quality and workmanship. If any of our custom-manufactured products are found to be defective in quality, we will replace or repair any defective product returned to ORIENTAL COLORS at no additional charge.
